"Yoga of Intention"
This course was designed as a complex practice working on muscular, emotional and mental levels through practices of Yoga Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Yoga Nidra (unique practice based on ancient tantric texts and rituals of Nyasa and developed by the founder of the Bihar yoga school).
Yoga Nidra is becoming popular day by day for its remarkable results in preventing insomnia, healing emotions, mental relaxation and curing the body. More and more studies are being done to prove that in some cases practice of nidra by itself can be more useful than medicine as it's aim to cure not symptoms but roots of the illness. Hospitals and Psychologists, Counsellors, and Therapist across the world are including Yoga Nidra as part of their services.
