Sw.Mangalteertham Saraswati

is a respected and beloved teacher of the history, philosophy, anatomy and physiology of yoga and meditation. He himself is the student of  the famous Sw.Satyananda Saraswati, the creator of the concept of Yoga Nidra. 

Sw.Mangalteertham is the author of several books and many studies in the field of yoga, which have brought him fame worldwide. At the young age of 70 years old, he is still an active member of the New York Academy of Science!


Ana Prem

is the international Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Her knowledge about Yoga Nidra she got from her dear teacher Sw.Mangalteertham Saraswati during her studies in India. She is the voice, face and soul of this course.
