Dynamic Meditation

Thorough way to break ingrained patterns in the body-mind that  keep you imprisoned in the past. Each meditation includes 3-5 stages leading you through action, stillness, music and dance. Especially recommended to those brand new to meditation as it can be very challenging to focus or concentrate on one point (as any guided meditation asking to do).

Sound Healing

Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras, the Icaros (medicine melodies) of various Indigenous  peoples, or use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.

Sound Healing - is the deep meditation with sound - as a main part of it. Either it's a particular melody, singing bowls or our own voice.                                                                                                                                                                                                   



The definition of pranayama is usually given as breath control but it's definitely does not convey the full significance of this breath exercises.

Pranayama is an essential prelude and integral part of meditation. Control of one's breath leads to control of prana (life force). In turn, control of prana implies control of one's mind. By manipulating prana in the psychic body one is able to make the mind a suitable vessel for meditation experience.


Yoga Nidra

It is a powerful healing and relaxation technique in which the body is completely relaxed (usually in savasana posture), and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required.

Zazen - a central form of meditation in Zen Buddhism, has both outward and inward instructions in how to engage your awareness in the immediate, uninterpreted experience of the present moment. Zazen is being awake but letting go, experiencing your present moment awareness without thought or story.

Zazen often includes a specific practice, such as counting your breaths, to focus your attention and develop your powers of concentration. Zazen is teaches you how to be truly yourself and follow your real nature.
